Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using DiscordCloner.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DiscordCloner ("the Tool," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our") at cyerox.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of Service
DiscordCloner is a free, browser-based utility that enables users to clone the structural elements of Discord servers — including roles, channels, emojis, stickers, webhooks, AutoMod rules, server banners, descriptions, and server settings — from a source server to a destination server using the Discord REST API.
The Service operates entirely client-side in your web browser. No user data, credentials, or server data are transmitted to or stored on our servers, except for an anonymous global server-clone counter and optional ad configuration (see Privacy Policy).
3. Eligibility & Account Requirements
To use DiscordCloner, you must:
- Have a valid Discord account in good standing
- Have the necessary permissions on both the source and destination Discord servers
- Be the owner of, or have explicit administrative permission from the owner of, any server you clone into
- Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate permissions before initiating any cloning operation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you agree that you will:
- Only clone servers you own or have explicit permission to manage
- Not use the Service to infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, including copying branded content, proprietary server structures, or copyrighted materials without authorization
- Not use the Service to harass, stalk, spam, or harm any individual or community
- Not attempt to circumvent Discord's rate limits or security measures beyond what the tool does transparently for legitimate use
- Not use the Service for any illegal activity, including unauthorized access to Discord servers
- Not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without prior written permission
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized cloning: Cloning any server without the explicit permission of the server owner
- Intellectual property theft: Copying server structures, emojis, or content that belongs to third parties without authorization
- Account abuse: Using the Service in a manner that causes Discord to suspend or ban your account
- Automation abuse: Using the Service as part of a larger automated pipeline that violates Discord's Terms of Service
- Malicious use: Using the Service to clone servers for the purpose of phishing, fraud, scamming, or deceiving Discord users
- Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code in ways that violate applicable licenses
6. Discord Terms of Service Compliance
DiscordCloner uses your user token to make API calls on your behalf. Using user tokens for automation is against Discord's Terms of Service. By using DiscordCloner, you acknowledge this risk and accept full responsibility for any action Discord may take against your account, including but not limited to temporary restrictions, rate limiting, or permanent account termination.
We strongly recommend using DiscordCloner only for legitimate administrative purposes such as server backups, development testing environments, and authorized server migrations. Do not use it on servers you do not own.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available
- The cloning process will always be 100% complete or accurate, due to Discord API limitations and rate limits
- The Service will be compatible with future versions of the Discord API
- Any defects or errors will be corrected
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DISCORDCLONER, ITS CREATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data, server content, or configurations
- Discord account suspension or termination
- Loss of revenue or business opportunities
- Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your Discord account
- Any other damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DiscordCloner and its creators from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of Discord's Terms of Service; (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (e) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.
10. Intellectual Property

11. Third-Party Links & Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Discord, GitHub, YouTube, and Buy Me a Coffee. These are provided for your convenience. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse access to or use of the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DiscordCloner regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations.
