Common Issues & Fixes

Quick solutions to the most reported problems.

"Cannot access source server" error
Causes & fixes:
  • ✅ Make sure your token is valid and not expired (try sending a message in Discord first)
  • ✅ Ensure the source server ID is correct — right-click the server icon → Copy Server ID (Developer Mode must be enabled)
  • ✅ Confirm you are a member of the source server
  • ✅ Paste the token without quotes or spaces around it
Cloning is very slow
Discord enforces rate limits on all API endpoints. When a rate limit is hit, the tool automatically pauses and retries after the required wait period. This is expected — especially for servers with many emojis (each emoji upload takes ~1 second). Do not close the tab. The log will show "Rate limited — retrying in Xms…" messages. This is normal.
Roles/channels not appearing in the destination
  • ✅ Verify you have Administrator permission on the destination server
  • ✅ Check the Operations Log — any failed items will be listed with their reason
  • ✅ The destination server must not already be at its role limit (250 roles max in Discord)
  • ✅ Try running the cleanup options first to delete existing roles/channels before cloning
Emoji/sticker slots ran out
Discord limits emoji and sticker slots based on server boost tier. The tool will clone as many as fit and log a warning when the limit is reached. To clone more emojis, boost the destination server or reduce the number of emojis in the source.
Token validation fails even though it looks correct
If you logged out of Discord, changed your password, or enabled/disabled 2FA recently, your token may have been invalidated. Re-login to Discord in your browser, then extract a fresh token from the Network tab (look for the Authorization header in any request). Make sure to copy the full value without any leading/trailing whitespace.
Quick Start Guide
1
Enable Developer Mode in Discord

Settings → Advanced → Developer Mode (toggle on). This lets you right-click servers/channels/users to copy their IDs.

2
Get your Discord Token

Open Discord in your browser → F12 → Network tab → perform any action → find a request → copy the Authorization header value.

3
Copy your Server IDs

Right-click the source server icon → Copy Server ID. Do the same for the destination server.

4
Enter details & configure options

Paste your token, source ID, and destination ID into the tool. Use Preview buttons to verify. Then open Advanced Options and select what to clone.

5
Click Start & monitor the log

Watch the Operations Log for real-time progress. Do not close the tab until you see "🎉 Cloning completed successfully!"
